For detail informations about this career opportunity kindly read the description below. Reviews and corrects delinquency reporting for Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, USDA & FHA loans. Responds to property preservation inquiries to ensure all work orders are completed. Responds to all borrowers' inquiries, explaining alternative methods to avoid completed foreclosure. Orders Broker's Price Opinion (BPO) or appraisals to determine property value for bidding purposes. Prepares payment tickets and responds to cash inquiries. Monitors and communicates with attorney offices and outside vendors to ensure timeframes are met. Monitors, adjusts, and approves legal costs submitted on invoices from attorneys. Assists customers, both internal and external, via telephone, email or written correspondence. Performs research functions for all foreclosure inquiries. Compiles requested documentation for internal and external audits. Responds to requests to HUD and Management & Marketing (M&M) contractors as well as title companies. Transfers loans out of foreclosure for third party sale, reinstatement, payoff, loss mitigation, bankruptcy or conveyance.

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Technical trade or business school certificate
- Two to three years of experience in mortgage banking in a collection or foreclosure department
- Basic general office and clerical skills
- Basic reading, writing, and mathematical skills
- Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to collect and organize information
