The Workflow Consultant will provide high quality information technology consulting services to customers on CCH software products noted below, but not limited to:
- ProSystem fx Engagement
- ProSystem fx Tax
- ProSystem fx Practice Management
- ProSystem fx Scan
- ProSystem fx Document
- Customer training and consulting on-site with clients. This position works closely with Champion Group or influencers such as Auditors, Managers, IT Professionals etc. to help and guide in their decisions.
- Consult and train IT personnel and firm administrators on best practices for the operation and configuration of the ProSystem fx suite of software applications.
- Assist in the development of training and best practice materials.
- Assist with product enhancement suggestions and design.
- Aid customer in data preparation, migration and conversion and other identifiable service opportunities.
- Maintenance of sales virtual image.
- Project management for multi-product software implementations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting or related field.
Preferred Certifications:
- Up to date (less than 3 years old) CPA strongly desired.
2+ years of experience in public accounting focusing on tax engagements including:
- Experience in identifying and solving problems.
- Experience in public speaking.
- Experience utilizing interpersonal and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience working independently and demonstrating strong project coordination skills.
- Experience planning and conducting presentations.
- Must be self-motivated and possess excellent organization, planning and presentation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in specialized industry or audit is a plus.
- Experience with basic accounting firm workflow is a plus
40-50% travel nationwide to client sites and 3 times per year for mandatory meetings
