Description: DCM Services, LLC is hiring Complaint Handling Coordinator Specialist right now, this position will be placed in Minnesota. For complete informations about this position opportunity kindly read the description below. We currently have an opening for a Complaint Handling Coordinator Specialist position. In this role, this individual will be responsible to thoroughly investigate customer concerns and the resolution thereof, including root cause analyses and facilitate and implement appropriate action plans. Also responsible to provide audit information to management on an on-going basis by researching and analyzing data; preparing and distributing reports.

Acknowledges receipt of complaints, grievances, and other adverse items, logs them accurately! and on time and notifies appropriate parties promptly.
In! vestigates all actions on accounts subject to complaints, looking for compliance issues & opportunities for improvement & coordinates work of others investigating.
Resolves issues or provides explanation to complainant & responds to client, regulators or others as necessary within time restrictions.
Facilitates root-cause analyses of complaints and participates more broadly in development of action plans to improve compliance and customer experience and reduce risk.
Works with other departments to ensure implementation and completion of action plans.
Keeps accurate, complete and up-to-date logs and ensures logs are distributed in a timely manner.
Analyzes data from complaints, looks for trends and prepares reports and presentations for management as part of overall compliance team.

Demonstrated ability to prioritize work load to ensure accurate work within strict time frames in regards to investigating, answering & reporting complaints.
Complaint Handling Coordinator Specialist Required Experience/Skills:

Ability to analyze data, looking for trends & finding ways to summarize and report findings.
Strong written and verbal communication skills â€" experience answering complaints is a big plus.
Mid- to Advanced proficiency in MS Word and Excel, Database knowledge may be helpful.
Strong ability to work independently and as a team member.
Ability to take ownership of all tasks and processes.

Education/ Knowledge:
Must have at least basic knowledge of debt collection laws, privacy laws and/or compliance with consumer protection laws. Knowledge of banking and/or health care regulation would be a b! ig plus.
At least two years of college or significant experience wr! iting, making presentations and problem-solving.

Essential Requirements:
Must be able to read English, with a clear understanding of nuances and idioms. Must be able to get information from FACS computer system, listen to calls, think through problems and come up with solutions, write at college level of English & enter information accurately into a computer program quickly. Attendance is important because of strict time requirements.
