Seeking an Executive Assistant! Humera Administrative Staffing has 1 openings to work for our client located in downtown Minneapolis, supporting a VP Attorney and four other lawyers. This is a three! month contract.
Variety of Administrative duties including but not limited to filing, typing and answering phones
Provide support for multiple paralegals
Track financial records
Coordinate meetings and conferences
Work on special projects
Make domestic and international travel arrangements Open, sort and distribute correspondence including faxes and email Provide other administrative support as needed
9 or more years of prior administrative experience High School Diploma or equivalent
Ability to multi-task
Strong communication and organization skills
Familiarity with MS Office
9 or more years of prior administrative experience
Ability to identify and resolve issues in a proactive, creative and timely fashion
Ability to work independently as well as on a team
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
