Description: Horizontal Integration is at present recruited Project Coordinators (2 Openings) right now, this job will be settled in Minnesota. For detail informations about this job opportunity kindly read the description below. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Check that all the pages of content are included in the package received from the vendor. Also make sure the social media descriptions! are included with the site content and that inter-page linking exists.
• Complete a number of Quality Assurance checks once the websites have been built. Including, review of the Wordpress/live site to make sure that everything appears to be correctly set up. Check for inter-page linking, design issues, empty pages, blog and article content, navigation working correctly, links to attorney profiles and social media working correctly. Run spell checks to make sure there aren't any spelling errors or broken links.
• Partner with internal business stakeholders to correct any errors and send clarifications back to the vendors.
• Partner with the FirmTarget Category Manager to ensure site setup is complete and ready to go live.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
College degree or Associates degree and equivalent experience

EXPERIENCE
1 â€" 2 years of Project Management experience

SKILLS
Experience working in fast paced environmen! t
Production experience preferred
Background with tech! nology support preferred
Advanced computer skills
Strong detail orientation
Ability to create concepts within specified deadline
Strong organization and time management skills
Ability to take and give work direction
Must maintain a positive outlook
Strong influence and negotiation skills
Demonstrated solid written and verbal communication
Able to communicate across different business groups to help work flow become more efficient
Ability to function well under pressure

Able to work with minimal supervision
Familiarity with Wordpress preferred
