You Will
- Operate production equipment in a safe manner
- Monitor production & make adjustments to equipment, as needed
- Perform a variety of tasks, such as inspect & remove plastic containers with visual defects or packaging products for distribution
- Grow your knowledge and skills through a wide-variety of training & on-the-job experiences
You Have
- Schedule cycles are 3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, 3 days off
- Able to work overtime, as needed
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Able to use basic hand tools, such as wrenches, hammers, screwdrivers, etc.
- Mechanical, electrical, or other technical/machine operation ability. This can be experience gained through paid or unpaid work.
- Strong interpersonal skills and desire to be a productive team member
- Physical requirement includes able to lift up to 50 pounds with or without a reasonable accommodation
