OUR TEAM

Darwin Technology department, as a whole, stretches across the UK, Romania, Singapore, and India. Our technology drives our business, so our Software Engineering team is extremely important to the success of our company and clients. We are looking for a passionate, talented Software Engineer to join our diverse, driven, and fun team.

As a Graduate Software Engineer, you will come in close contact with the daily activities of our teams and you will learn more about software development and enterprise application architecture. This is a role where you will benefit from intensive training and shadowing programmes aimed at helping you to build expertise and develop your technical and soft skills.

THE ROLE AND YOUR MISSION

  • Develop and enhance your .NET, SQL, and Angular expertise;
  • Support the projects with your input;
  • Investigate, analyze and resolve reported defects through code enhancements with unit tests;
  • Perform coding to written Agile stories with unit tests;
  • Assist with deployment of release code to Live environment;
  • Provide Quality Assurance cover as and when required;

WHAT SKILLS & VALUES WILL YOU BRING

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Romanian and English
  • Interested to specialize .NET(C#, MVC, WCF, Web. API), SQL, Angular, Responsive Design;
  • Minimum experience with software development projects;
  • Experience with at least one OOP programming language;
  • Awareness of the software development life cycle;
  • High attention to detail, organized with the ability to prioritize work;
  • A commitment to quality and a thorough approach to work;
  • Passion for delivering excellent service;
  • Self-motivation and desire to help others through delivering an efficient, quality-led service.
