The Opportunity

The DCO team at Media.Monks focuses on helping brands implement creative effectiveness and personalization at scale programs through the development of data-driven production processes, onboarding and management of dynamic creative platforms, creation of test and learn roadmaps, and surfacing of insights from creative performance reporting. With your sharp technical skills and firm grasp of the advertising industry, you will have the opportunity to provide holistic guidance to clients, and speak fluidly across our services, supporting conversations across both new business opportunities and existing clients.

The Role:

The Media Specialist we are looking to hire will work with our stellar team to manage dynamic creative production work streams for a variety of clients. This person will collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders, and will be responsible for the day to day management of the dynamic creative platform, implementing advanced data-driven campaigns from asset upload to decision tree configuration. As you gain experience with implementing DCO campaigns and leading data-driven production engagements, you will be well positioned to apply your experience to larger client projects with dynamic creative technology as a cornerstone of their strategy, while also having the opportunity to jump into our complementary services focused on creative testing strategy and creative performance analysis


Responsibilities Include:

  • Supporting the team on the creative production process for display and video assets, with a heavy emphasis on creative platform configuration and management
  • Architecting and implementing data-driven programmatic creative campaigns within dynamic creative platforms.
  • Managing creative, campaign, and tag setup within the relevant platforms to ensure accurate implementation of creative templates and decision trees.
  • Collaborating with media, ad-ops, analytics and design teams to define and execute strategic creative testing roadmaps.
  • Assisting with troubleshooting and adjusting of HTML5 creatives
  • Identifying and helping implement changes to improve creative production and trafficking processes.
  • Coordinating with account managers overseeing trafficking responsibilities to ensure alignment with creative implementation
  • Providing and monitoring reporting, flagging any campaign issues that may arise

What You Bring To it:

  • 1-2 years of online advertising experience, whether at a publisher, agency, trading desk, technology company, or other
  • 1+ years of experience working with "dynamic creative" (DCO) or "creative management platforms" (CMPs)
  • Experience in a client facing role across a range of industry verticals
  • Ability to work as a self-starter and within cross-functional roles
  • Boundless curiosity, a flexible mindset, and being comfortable with ambiguity and change
  • An entrepreneurial spirit to help grow and scale Media.Monks' creative business
  • Excellent consultative approach to developing and managing business relationships
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
