Doherty Top Talent is partnering with a great company in Edina in search of Account Representatives for a call center environment. In this role Account Representatives will be obtaining information regarding individual’s acc ounts, maintaining quality customer service, and ensuring and upholding compliance requirements. 1st and 2nd shifts area available for this temp-to-hire position. Compensation is $14.00 - $23.00 per hour depending on experience.

ACCOUNT REPRESENTATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Generate outbound calls and field incoming calls
- Obtain necessary estate information as available and follow up with the attorney or personal representative regarding claim filing
- Notate files with attorney, personal representative, estate and family information
- Negotiate paym ent arrangements and follow-up on payment arrangements
- Send confirmation and settlement letters as required
- Respond to all voicemail messages daily
- Accurately document accounts and notate files with correct transaction codes
- Adhere to company policies and procedures as well as client specific requirements
- Understand and adhere to Company information, security and privacy responsibilities as detailed in the Information Resource Usage Policy, Employee Manual, and client-specific publications.
- Other duties as assigned
ACCOUNT REPRESENTATIVE QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma/GED
- Ability to communicate effectively in either written or oral form; maintains attention and actively listens to others ideas and thoughts.
- Effectively demonstrates attentive listening through body language, taking notes, etc. Uses active listening to clarify questions or concerns.
- Gathers and analyzes information and data; making logical decisions based on available facts and impact with short and long-term priorities.
- Demonstrates willingness and is excited to face new challenges; presenting ideas that demonstrate the ability to adapt to change.
- Goal orientated
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, highly-regulated, and structured environment
- Courteous, empathic, and polite telephone skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organization skills
- Team-oriented personality, with the aptitude to work independently
- Computer proficiency (ability to learn and navigate collections system)
