This is the life of a QA Specialist at Woodlake Medical, a 20 year-old independent medical evaluation company. We’re a relatively small, close-knit group committed to quality and c! lient service in the extreme. Actually, this kind of service s! hould be normal for all companies but Woodlake strives to set the bar higher than most would expect!
Quality means accuracy, clarity, thoroughness, and insightful medical explanation for opinions. This requires a doctor’s careful analysis of some times large amounts of information, synthesis of that information, and the expression of a definitive and medically sound opinion. The QA Reviewer helps to ensure this level of excellence.
While there is no typical background of a successful Quality Assurance Specialist, strong analytical skills, great writing/language skills, and an artful communication style are a must.
