Primary Required Skill Sets:
Ability to effectively recruit from multiple, diverse sources;
An established personal and professional network from which to recruit;
Proven primary recruiting responsibilities from past employment;
Strong experience in recruiting for direct hire, contract, and temporary to hire roles including positions ranging from legal administrative support to legal project management to legal professionals such as attorneys and paralegals; !
Tech savvy with applicant tracking systems, social media a! nd web resources;
Possess either a 4 year degree in Business, Management, HR or related fields, or possess a JD.
