Looking for strong Javascript and Front End development - NOT back-end or web design. A strong understanding HTML5 standards and CSS3. Don't need a lot of emphasis! on server-based technologies like .NET but it's a plus if they do. The Front End Web Developer will be part of the dynamic Interactive Marketing Team - a team responsible for interactive initiatives. The Front End Web Developer is responsible for the timely coding, development, posting and maintenance of Web content. This position is a great opportunity to develop online marketing skills, use best-in-class technology, interact with business partners and work in a fun team environment. Responsibilities include: *Site design and development of code and graphics for websites. *Test the development of code for appropriate links, broken links, etc. as part of the implementation process. Maintain knowledge of and follow online marketing industry best practices. *Ensure that all developments are implemented in a timely & high quality fashion to support interactive & product launches. *Liaise with critical business partners and Technology partners to ensure synergistic & aligned s! olutions are created. *Participate in team functions. Specific! Skill or Knowledge Required: *Hands on development with ASP.NET, C#, .NET 3.5, SQL Server 2008, Javascript, Jquery, AJAX, Flash, Content Management Solutions, Web Accessibility Guidelines, Section 508. *Experience with latest Web technologies (XHTML, HTML, CSS, Javascript, Jquery, AJAX, Flash). *Experience with development tools (Dreamweaver, Flash, Visual Studio, Eclipse, Subversion, etc.) *Ability to own and deliver work items and work with-in a team on shared tasks (team player). *Experience with site traffic analysis tools such as Omniture, Webtrends, etc.) *Strong experience with standard workstation tools (Office, Visio, Acrobat Pro, etc.) document management. Ability to interface and communicate clearly across teams of various audiences (business and technology). *Creative ability to translate business needs in to web solutions. *8+ years of web development experience. *Knowledge of User Experience, site usability requirements, etc. *A good understanding of financia! l services and the financial markets is desired but not necessary. *Strong time management and organizational skills.
