IT Sourcing Analyst

Genesis10 is seeking an IT Sourcing Analyst for a 3 month contract to hire position with a leader in water, hygiene and energy technologies and services in Eagan, MN.
Summary:
Local client ne! eds someone with IT contract experience that can fit in with a corporate environment.
Responsibilities:
Provide support to several attorneys in the IT Procurement/Sourcing Department in the area of contracts and transactions as well as other projects
Primary responsibility will be to review, and draft Vendor contracts, prepare exhibits and amendments, and compile agreement summaries, including the following:
Review IT contracts for change of control language (acquisition related) to access risks and actions and steps necessary for combined organizations
Create report matrix to summarize findings and recommend [action] necessary to mitigate cost and risk associated with possible [issues]
Data gathering and entering into a spreadsheet, filing hard copies and uploading to SharePoint site
Other projects may include compiling contract summary memos, form documents and organizing them for the use of a broader team and assisting wi! th the development and implementation of contract administrati! on processes
Work with IT Sourcing team on projects as requested
Qualifications:
Experience as an IT Sourcing analyst in vendor contracts (IT contract experience, hardware/software/licensing agreements).
Highly organized and detail oriented
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
Experience in IT, Procurement and/or Supply Chain helpful (2+ years)
