Director, Employee and Labor Relations Services The candidate, under general direction, manages labor relations and employee relations! , functions including development and implementation of proactive employee relation strategies, strategy for labor negotiations, negotiation and administration of labor contracts, development and implementation of supervisory/managerial training on labor issues and investigation and resolution of employee relations issues. Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resource management, industrial relations or equivalent required. A J.D. degree is preferred.
Must have 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in collective bargaining negotiation and administration.
