AUTOMATION FOCUSED
¿ Performs and leads processes related to quality assurance for new software development systems and applic! ations ¿ Responsible for identifying and reviewing activities and deliverables critical to project quality ¿ Develop and execute Quality Management Plan, Review and Audit Plan ¿ Responsible for informing, enabling, reviewing, and reporting on project process performance ¿ Serves as a mentor to lower level testing analysts and may provide work direction to others in project team(s). May provide supervision to direct reports including performance management and associate development. ¿ Ability to work independently to define, manage, and complete activities ¿ Experience with IT Strucured Software Testing, Testing Specialized, TestDirector, and WinRunner ¿ Knowledge of the software testing discipline and its integration with software development life cycle ¿ Ability to mentor and act as first line supervisor to lower level staff ¿ Ability to develop and execute effective plans for quality management, review, and audit ¿ Ability to track and develop metrics for qualit! y assurance ¿ To the extent that it is reasonable, goes the Â! ¿extra mile¿ to make sure that each individual¿s needs are met. ¿ Tailors the information to appeal to the level and interest of others ¿ Outlines potential cost/savings outcomes of technology use ¿ Understands how the IT group operates and how his/her role meets customer needs and creates value ¿ Identifies opportunities or problems and acts quickly and decisively to respond to the situation ¿ Takes initiative to work on challenging or ¿stretch¿ work assignments ¿ Bachelor of Science degree or Equivalent or 4+ years of experience
