INFRASTRUCTURE COMPLIANCE SECURITY ANALYST

• Serves as the primary point of contact for all Desktop IT-rel! ated audits, including external and internal audits. Works directly with ISO and auditors to obtain a list of in-scope resources, documents, and personnel, and provides information and meeting invites in advance of the auditor's visit.
• Identifies subject matter experts for various systems or processes and works with those personnel to provide timely and accurate information to the auditors.
• Works in the post-audit phase to assist stakeholders in preparing a response to audit findings.
• Completes quarterly attestation reports of process controls and technical controls to ensure continuous adherence to current and new security standards and policies.
• Collects and analyzes relevant documentation, including risk assessments, past audit findings, remediation plans, policies and standards, business process flows, and technical diagrams.
• Participates in strategy sessions with management and subject matter experts to develop effective pro! cesses.
• Assists in the development and implementation! of security policies and procedures (e.g., user log-on and authentication rules, security breach escalation procedures, security auditing procedures and use of firewalls and encryption routines).
• Analyze and communicate IT security industry trends.
• Attends ISO Security Council meetings.
• Work closely with ISO on internal and external audit testing to insure all remediation associated with security related findings are complete and thorough.
• Provides direct support to the business and IT staff for systems security-related issues.
• Provides backup to security analyst

QUALIFICATIONS

• 3 or more years of combined IT and security work experience with a broad exposure to infrastructure/network and multi-platform

environments.

• High energy, self-starter; able to manage schedules, meet deadlines, coordinate with others, and perform tasks with minimal supervision
• Objectives-or! iented, results-oriented and service-oriented
• Excellent written and oral communications skills
• Must be self-driven; able to manage schedules, meet deadlines, coordinate with others, and perform tasks with minimal supervision
• Outstanding meeting management and communication skills to keep conversations focused and productive.
• Excellent analytical, technical, and research skills
• Proactive - Identifies problem areas and opportunities and makes recommendations
• Exceptional interpersonal skills
• Excellent team player and team builder
• Familiarity with FISMA NIST, PCI, GLBH, SOX, SOC1 Compliance
• CISSP Preferred

EDUCATION GUIDELINES
