Detailed specification about this vacancy opportunity kindly see the descriptions. Business Lawyer The candidate will be supporting our Safety and Graphics business unit. Will be working with company to draft and negotia! te a wide range of commercial agreements. Counseling business teams on compliance with applicable laws and company Conduct Policies. Advising on legal issues including antitrust, commercial law, and product liability. Managing disputes and business litigation.
The candidate should have Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university. Juris Doctorate from an ABA-accredited law school is needed. Must be admitted or eligible for admission to practice law in Minnesota. 1 year of law-firm and/or in-house experience is needed. Business acumen and an ability to provide legal and compliance advice in the context of strategic business initiatives and goals is preferred. 2+ years of law-firm and/or in-house experience highly preferred. Strong oral and written communication skills are needed. Significant client counseling experience is a plus. Experience and/or the ability to develop a high level of competence in the areas of antitrust, product liability, contract l! aw and legal compliance training is preferred. High energy, a ! commitment to collegiality, and a dedication to responsive client service is required. Client training experience, Strong academic credentials, Track record of working independently and experience leading project teams is preferred.
