Description
Under the direction of a supervising attorney, this Senior Paralegal position would assist and support the attorneys on the E! nterprise Capabilities Legal Team who draft contracts. The responsibilities of the role would include managing the review and negotiation process of Non-Disclosure Agreements for business teams throughout the enterprise. The role would also include contract review and drafting work for the Events, Travel, Exclusive Brands, and the Post-Audit business teams, the Geek Squad software licensing team, the Geek Squad Summer Academy team, the Women's Leadership Forum program, and the Project Resource Group. The role also includes some administrative duties for the Legal department generally.
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 7 or more years experience as a paralegal
- Paralegal certificate
- Previous experience in contract review, drafting, working with contract templates, contract negotiations and/or Non-Disclosure Agreements
- Associate, Bachelors o! r other Advanced Degree
