The Digital Content Manager (DCM) is expected to execute effective eMail and Mobile campaigns that resonate with target audiences, drive response, integrate with enterprise m! essage strategies and in-store experiences. The position requires cross-functional partnership, the ability to appropriately manage competing priorities amongst key stakeholders, and a relentless commitment to an exceptional customer experience in the digital space. The DCM partners with IT, various agencies, vendors and business stakeholders. It requires identifying development opportunities, seeks best solutions and channel best practices. This Manager will be the subject matter expert for Mobile app, Mobile web and Email experiences.Ivie & Associates expects that the Digital Content Manager will act at all times to assure the highest level of ethics, professionalism and personal performance possible. Ivie & Associates, Inc. expects that all employees, including the Digital C! ontent Manager, to fully support Ivies position/relationship w! ith its Clients.Job Overview The primary role of the Digital Content Manager will include, but not limited to: Strategic Planning Actively monitor technology innovations to identify appropriate solutions. Participate in conferences, webinars and online communities to stay current on new technologies and best practices within the email and mobile space. Create mid- and long-term development recommendations for mobile applications, mobile-optimized websites and email marketing. Product Management Design for usability and customer engagement across multiple programs and features. Utilize customer input and feedback to inform product development roadmap. Monitor app store feedback for insights and enhancements.Campaign Planning Develop comprehensive eMail and Mobile communication strategies that effectively integrate with enterprise messaging while appropriately translating into digital media. Maintain cross-functional partnership and detailed consideration for content manageme! nt processes, cadence, and cross-channel integration. Develop detailed eMail communication calendars Forecast expense to support campaigns, and manages expenses to budget / forecast.Campaign Execution Design and execute effective eMail and mobile campaigns that meet customer expectations for value, convenience, and timeliness. Possess an aptitude for managing complex data file transfers, and troubleshooting data anomalies through varied business processes. Manage campaign matrices to provide meaningful insights and constant performance evolution. Design campaigns to maximize response through structured testing Responsible for multiple vendor relationships Assure databases are synchronized through regular auditsCampaign Reporting Report key eMail and Mobile performance metrics in a succinct and compelling format with key insights highlighted. Make recommendations for improved execution and performance, and incorporate insights into subsequent campaign designs to drive improv! ed performance. Develop reporting formats and processes to deliver comp! elling business insights regularly
Education and Experience 4-year college education or equivalentSystem Skills Required HTML, Adobe Photoshop, Multiple browsers CSS and JavaScript, Illustrator, InDesign, MS Office, Google docs Strong copywriting and presentation skills preferred Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint Laser printing devices Basic understanding of remote conductivity to communicate with Ivie headquartersSkills Required Ability to speak read and write in the English language Ability to form strong relationships with key client contacts and Ivie internal team Ability to understand and manage the execution of tasks to achieve Clients marketing goals. Ability to think strategically and tactically to meet Clients needs, to improve current services or to deliver new services. Ability to achieve a spirit of teamwork and cooperation within the on-site team. Ability to analyze and judge prospective projects, jobs and services for presentat! ion to the Client. Ability to handle many issues, items and functions at one time and deal rapidly with multiple items in prioritized sequence. Ability to set and prioritize goals and achieve them as scheduled.
