For complete informations about this occupation opportunity please read the description below. Loss Claims/Invoice Dispute Manager Job Description:
Objective:
To manage the daily functions of the Loss Claims/Invoice Dispute department, with an emphasis on the analysis and resolution of all reimbursement requests submitted to LPSDS.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct research and analysis of reimbursement claims received from clients, attorneys and other vendors
• Work with internal and external customers to evaluate information necessary to resolve reimbursement requests
• Compile and Analyze department reports
• Assist in maintenance and improvement of departmental reporting
• Maintain historical record of all loss claims and invoice disputes
• Moderate calls as needed
• Manage special projects as assigned
• Support the goals and objectives of the department
• Perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

Two years mortgage banking experience and/or two to four years of customer service experience with an emphasis problem resolution Excellent verbal and written communication skills; with an emphasis on analytical skills Demonstrate effective listening and interpersonal skills; including teambuilding and conflict management Ability to multi-task and operate in a fast paced environment Proven reliability in attendance and performance Familiarity with LPS computer systems and client systems Proficient in operating Windows and Microsoft Office applications HS Diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with LPS computer systems and client systems
