We are looking for a Client Development Associate who is highly customer centric, energetic, organized, and able to work under deadlines and eager to learn in a fast paced environment. The candidate should be familiar with internet marketing, web design / development concepts and project management. He or she should have a focus in marketing, business or related fields.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist sales consultants to drive revenue by contacting existing and prospective clients within assigned sales region to preliminarily assess need(s), promote special sales programs, solicit subscription renewals and arrange for the sales consultant to meet with the client Work with sales consultants within assigned region to develop a customer call list and calling campaign Conduct research on prospective and existing clients in the form of an Internet inventory review to assist with call to client Maximizes and tracks the success of lead generation campaigns by logging keycodes in selected database, and providing feedback to marketing on each campaign in a timely manner Achieve individual appointment goals on a monthly basis Maintain a working knowledge of company products, special sales programs and marketing efforts within the sales division Utilize various communication methods (i.e. telephone, email) to contact clients and to drive sales

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS and EXPERIENCE
College degree in business, sales, marketing or related field strongly preferred 1 years experience in customer-facing role or business to business sales Possess high level of personal initiative, accountability and follow-through skills Flexible and able to adapt to business requirements Strong logical thinking and problem solving skills. Superior communications skills, both written and verbal. Good project management skills. Proficiency with web-based applications, particularly Microsoft Office and Excel Interest and knowledge of current Internet trends Cold Calling experience
