Location: Minneapolis, Minnesota

Description: Aerotek Professional Services is at the momment seeking for Bilingual (Span/Engl) Medical CSR right now, this job will be ordered in Minnesota. Aerotek Administrative Health Services is currently seeking Bi-Lingual (Spanish/English) Customer Service Representatives to join their team on a contract-to-hire basis starting in August. **SHIFT** Looking for candidates available to work between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. (4-6 weeks of training is from 8:30am-5pm Monday-Friday)

Qualified candidates MUST possess:

• Fluency in English and Spanish languages
• There will be 3 assessments to test bilingual and telephone etiquette skills
• 1-3 of HEALTH CARE experience (preferably in a call center role)
• 2-3 years of call center experience (high volume customer service)

This person will be responsible for roughly 50-70 inbound calls per day dealing with patients calling in regarding their bills, insurance verification, answering questions from insurance companies, attorney calls, etc.
