POSITION SUMMARY:
T.H.E. Health and Wellness Centers is looking for an experienced Call Center Representative to be an addition to our growing organization. This is a Full-Time position with great benefits.
Experience within a community clinic highly preferred and experience with Electronic Medical Records and eCW is a plus.
Responsibilities and duties for this position include, but are not limited to:
- Greeting patients in a professional and friendly manner
- Scheduling patient appointments
- Reviewing and updating patient information
- Informing patients of different programs and payment options available at the clinic
- Call Center Experience: 2 years'
- Bilingual in Spanish highly preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
