Currently, we're seeking friendly, outgoing, and customer-oriented Hosts/Hostesses to deliver exceptional service and hospitality for our clients. As a Host/Hostess with NoGigiddy, you will be at the forefront of customer service, greeting and seating customers, managing reservations, and ensuring an unforgettable experience for every patron.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Efficiently manage seating arrangements and waitlists
- Take and manage reservations over the phone
- Provide excellent customer support, answering questions about the venue or restaurant
- Uphold all company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Host/Hostess or in a similar hospitality role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Customer-focused attitude and a passion for delivering excellent hospitality
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced restaurant or venue environment
- Familiarity with reservation and point-of-sale (POS) systems
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
