Te āheinga: The opportunity
In this casual role, you'll be responsible for assisting with the planning and delivering of the corporate, student (support only) and staff events for Unitec and providing administration and coordination support for the communications team.
He kōrero mōu: About you
You'll come with experience in planning and coordinating events of all different sizes plus:
- Have an eye for detail, strong administration, coordination and reporting skills
- Experience in managing budgets
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Experience with Content Management Systems is desirable
