In this role, the candidate will assist in-house staff in drafting and negotiating complex business development agreements. This is a contract opportunity.Qualifications
Undergraduate Degree, J.D., and 7+ years relevant experience required
Must have significant experience with complex commercial contracts, mergers, and acquisition and joint v! enture transactions
Excellent drafting and negotiation ski! lls a must, as well as the ability to work well with a cross-section of internal experts
Exceptional advocacy and facilitation skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Duties
Handle highly complex legal matters and projects
Draft high-priority legal documents, prepares and conducts the more significant corporate litigation
Represents the corporation in performing legal transactions
