This position is responsible for Intelligence Reports fulfillment and related customer facing
interaction. This includes effective customer communication, report production requiring
intensive research, and quality attainment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Utilize advanced Westlaw and Internet search techniques to perform in-depth,
customized research
Format research results into a formatted report by following specific style guidelines

QUALIFICATIONS
Experience
o 2-3 years of legal industry or legal information experience preferred
Knowledge
o Reference Staff Attorney experience preferred, demonstrated WestlawNext
proficiency required.
o Technical skills required: Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, Internet
navigation/research
Skills
o Ability to quickly learn new software applications
o Ability to manage business workflow and resources
o Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
o Demonstrated ability to meet firm deadlines
o Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate with customers via
telephone
o Proven legal research and Internet research skills
o Strong written and verbal communication skills
o Strong analytical ability
