5 years’ experience in representing employees and businesses in employment law contracts, employee handbooks, wage and hour law, discrimination, unemployment compensation, unfair labor practices, non-competes/restrictive covenants, employee discipline and discharge, severance agreements, and employment litigation
Collaborative and strong communication skills are required
Excellent academic credentials
Strong writing skills
Licensed in Minnesota and Federal Courts
Demonstrate an interest in business development
Self starter and able to be the go to person for this subject matter
