Specialist to assist in the development and implementation of Quality improvement
initiatives. In this position, you will
serve! as a key member of the Quality team providing experience and skills
related to opportunities for performance improvement with a strong focus on
measurable benefits. You will lead
performance improvement projects (Lean), conduct root cause problem solving
initiatives to ascertain the best solution/improvement for the business, define
random process audits and assessments, conduct and report on findings. Additionally, you will perform document
control and training, as well as quality planning. If you like working in a

To be successful, you will have a track record
of increasing effectiveness of procedures and department functions to maximize
cost efficiencies. You must also possess
strong problem solving skills and the ability and willingness to coach and
mentor. As a Sen! ior Quality Specialist your
strong collaboration skills an! d the ability to affect short-term and long-term
business improvements are a must. You
will partner across organizational boundaries to ensure collaboration in seeking,
sharing and institutionalize best practices.
We are looking for a quality professional with a track record of
achieving high quality outputs, identifying barriers and root causes of QI
issues/performance gaps, and driving an exceptional client experience. We are looking for someone who is energetic,
highly self-motivated, and proactive with a positive attitude. Flexibility, resourcefulness and creative
thinking are imperative in this position. You must be capable of working efficiently
and productively in a rapidly changing and growing company.

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work
experience for the position
·
5
years developing and implementing quality systems in a production or service
environment
·
5
years work! ing with International Standard ISO 9001 â€" 2000 Quality Management
System
·
Six Sigma Certification is a definite
plus
·
Lean skills and experience as
related to operational efficiency and quality.
·
SharePoint knowledge and experience is
desired.
·
Strong
mentoring and coaching skills with excellent cross-functional collaboration,
communication, and interpersonal skills
·
Ability to retrieve,
review and analyze Quality Information (QI) data; evaluate and document
processes
·
Advanced mathematical
and statistical analysis skills; ability
to compute rate, ratio, and percent; draw and interpret bar graphs; perform and interpret complex statistical analysis on
multivariate data
·
Proficiency
in MS Office Suite and a wide range of software applications
·
Working
knowledge of Quality Improvement Tools
