Shift Start/End Time: Monday through Friday 8-5 Dress Code: standard dress codeTranslate business obje! ctives into requirements and functional specifications, supporting document creation and automation efforts. Serves as a liaison between internal business partners and other 3rd parties. Partner with IT/Vendor resources to review specifications and coordinate approvals Provide subject matter expertise, working to define business processes and effective solutions. Document business processes, work-flows and requirements as they relate to the problems being solved by the initiative. Analyze data extracts and complete data mapping. Support system coding and configuration changes for automated document production efforts. Knowledge of relational databases and the ability to query data (ASSET) Develop test strategies, create use cases and manage unit testing efforts. Manage defect resolution throughout the system development life cycle. Manage portfolio of projects end to end, ensuring all deliverables are met. BA/BS degree required 4+ years of experience with business analysis ! or systems/user acceptance testing. Insurance knowledge prefer! red. Extensive project deployment/development experience required Ability to effectively create and present quality data and findings Expertise in using PC based tools; knowledge of document automation applications is desired Knowledge of relational databases and the ability to query data (ASSET) Ability to analyze data and related system specifications and create test data and cases to verify accuracy of system output. Ability to assess longer-term technology opportunities including ability to streamline data, identify workarounds for technical limitations, and develop technical roadmaps. Working in a collaborative and cross functional team environment for 2+ years Support project execution through maintaining project plans, tracking task completion reports, updating project status, escalating issues. Prepare and create business requirements for systems enhancements Utilizes business analysis, data mapping and data validation to develop coding specifications Develops test ! cases to verify accuracy and quality Executes testing for assigned deliverables; identify and document test defects, document quality issues and communicate defects to assure resolution Prepare test plans and conduct UAT Establishes and maintains quality production reporting and statistics; effectively gathers and analyzes data and presents results and trends Monitors project dates and meet individual deliverables as well as support other team members to ensure quality/accuracy goals and QA production schedules are met Escalates issues to management for support and/or guidance Collaborates on problem resolution, quality strategies and production, and testing processes Experience with technology implementation and management Experience in translating business requirements to systems functional specifications Business process knowledge Project management experience Matrix management Extensive oral and written communication skills Individual contributor who can manage both per! sonal work Ability to Influence and drive team initiatives Technology v! endor management experience a plus Healthcare knowledge strongly preferred.
