What are the job responsibilities?
Process all areas of life claims in an accurate and timely manner, determining the extent of liability and approving/disapproving payments by evaluating all information; conduct customer contact and correspondence with complex/sensitive cases, to include beneficiaries, agents, attorneys, investigators, police and the court system; compile and maintain accurate records for required reports; other duties as assigned.

Who is our ideal candidate?
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; excellent verbal and written communication skills; proven analytical and problem solving skills; knowledge of insurance and contract law; ability to work independently; PC skills, to include work processing; previous claims and life insurance experience preferred.
