As Case Manager, within Kroll Ontrackâs Legal Technologies area, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, leveraging processes and technology resources to meet project goals. Technical ! project management background coupled with professional, collaborative, consultative service skills will enable you to develop strong client relationships with our corporate and legal E-Discovery clients.
Our Case Managers define and execute the collection, processing, review and document production strategy for a given project. This includes project initiation; client needs assessment; determination and execution of collection; processing, review and production requirements; establishment and maintenance of repositories; preparation of productions; maintenance of project budgets and deadlines; and client communication throughout.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients leveraging processes and technology resources to meet the objectives of a project
- Effectively lead and/or utilize team, department or company resources to meet the needs of a project through the communication of work direction and approp! riate delegation, monitoring and inspection of tasks
- ! Provide thorough, accurate and timely communication to clients ensuring they understand the status of a project including but not limited to deliverables and financials; set and refine client expectations as changes in a project occur
- Provide collaborative support to clients on company products and services such as system access, search creation, problem resolution; involve other subject matter experts as necessary
- Successfully manage multiple concurrent projects while keeping team leadership informed of status, potential project risks or pending issues
- Develop strong client relationships through collaborative, consultative service aligned with the broader needs of the client ensuring a superior client experience
- Respond to client requests and concerns outside of normal business hours
- Bachelorâs degree with two or more years of technical project management or litigation support experience. Stron! g client services background is essential.
- Proven ability to work with external and internal clients to manage multiple projects on time and to the clientsâ satisfaction, requiring solid communication (written, verbal, interpersonal), organization, and follow through.
