The Small Law Firm Full Inside Territory Sales Consultant promotes and sells West products and services to one to 29 attorney band firms through outbound telephone calls to potential ! and existing customers while meeting/exceeding monthly sales and renewals targets. This position supports the efforts of the Small Law firm organization by using a consultative and solutions based selling approach. West offerings for this position include a base salary plus eligible incentives based on individual sales targets. In addition, this position provides an outstanding benefits package and extensive training support Responsibilities: Sells West products on outbound calls using a consultative and solutions based sales approachMeets or exceeds both new sales and renewal sales goals on monthly and quarterly basis by utilizing all West product offerings (Online research, software solutions, and print bundles)Actively manages full territory customer base to maintain a rigorous pipeline and provide accurate forecastingCaptures and records customer information and sales activity data into customer relationship management (CRM) system and other West business systemsObtains! competitive information during daily contacts and distributes! as appropriate so as to develop sales strategiesParticipates fully in meetings, training sessions, individual professional development and skill buildingAssumes other responsibilities as required by management
