We are currently searching for a Senior .Net Developer to join us in our Minneapolis office . This position will participate in the development, customization and support of custom and purchased software applications, and will lead a team of software developers and application specialists in these activities.
POSITION SUMMARY:
- Participate as a high level technical expert in design development, coding, testing, and debugging new software or significant enhancements to existing software;
- Carry out procedures to ensure that all information systems products and services meet organization standards and end-user requirements;
- Conduct complex systems process analysis, design, and simulation;
- Design, implement, and maintain complex databases with respect to SQL, stored procedures, access methods, access time, device allocation, validation checks, organization, protection and security, documentation, and statistical method! s.
- 5+ years in overall ! IS work history;
- 3+ years as a development project team member;
- 3+ years experience with Microsoft .NET C# and ASP.Net development;
- 3+ years in HTML development;
- 2+ years application use of SQL;
- 1+ year database modeling for application development;
- 3+ years Microsoft SQL server application use;
- 1+ year working with business to gather, define and document requirements (e.g. business analyst type activity);
- 1+ year defining/performing testing activities;
- Microsoft VB6, ASP and VBA a Plus;
- Previous experience working in a Production Support role a Plus;
- Experience with Word Object model a Plus;
- Leading software development project teams and service orientation a Plus
