Design and implement company policies that promote a healthy work environment
Set objectives for the HR team and track progress for overall team member
Develop and maintain compensation and benefits plans
Ensure HR staff addresses employees’ needs and act as HRBP
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
Manage the recruitment and selection process
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital
Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
Assess training needs to apply and monitor learning & development programs
Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics (e.g. turnover rates and cost-per-hire)
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource
Minimum Bachelor's degree in Psychology/Management/Business Administration or equivalent from reputable university
At least 2 years of experience in talent acquisition, talent management, organization development, or remuneration in an IT Service company as a Senior HR or HR Manager
Excellent Leadership skills & handling subordinates
Strong problem solving and verbal and written communication skills
Have a strong HR analytical thinking and communication skills
Able to work as a team both internally and cross functionally.
