Supervisor is responsible for a group of IT Systems Administrators. This
positionâs responsibilities include but are not limited to:! daily employee
relations, delivering annual performance reviews, individual coaching, team
building, individual goal setting and development plans, interviewing
candidates, measuring productivity, setting priorities and project management
relative to group functions. In addition
this position is expected to positively represent and support corporate
initiatives.
This position
will provide Kroll Ontrack with a point of performance and accountability with
respect to the design, implementation, maintenance, security and recoverability
of the operational and business server/storage technologies used by the LT
business. This individual is also
accountable to decisions and consequences for the individuals on the IT SA
team. This individual provides third and
fourth level support in regards to technical architecture issues and will be
responsible for identifying resource needs during issues. This position is par! t of the team responsible
for all of the IT server deploym! ents and integrations of our sites
worldwide. This position is responsible for
maintaining all Kroll Ontrack best practices and keeping current with technology
trends, features and related technologies and how they may benefit Kroll Ontrack.

Supervise
a Systems Administration team to achieve a fully-utilized team with high
productivity so that priorities align with company objectives. Ensure communication needs of the business
partners are met.

Mentor
and develop team members to ensure that career goals are established, technical
skills are being developed and each individual is being challenged, developed
and utilized to their fullest potential.
·
Work
with the project management team and architects to plan, build and execute
detailed project plans which include measurable milestones, specified goals and
deliverables, and manage agreed upon scope of project.
·
Admini! ster
and maintain distributed enterprise systems to ensure maximum availability of
mission critical systems.
·
Meet/exceed
established guidelines and business objectives regarding system
availability. Informal guidelines
dictate 99.9% system availability for the production infrastructure and user-base.
·
Guide
the team to perform incident and problem resolution in an effective and timely
manner to maintain our SLAâs.
·
Determine
and resolve issues as required working with our customers, internal and
external support partners.
·
Develop,
implement and maintain IT technology best practices. Ensure documented
technology best practices on how to implement/maintain all of our enterprise
systems. These best practices will
include infrastructure design and defined processes on how to maintain the best
practices.

Maintain
consistent team performance.! Monitor performance of team members to identify
and propose soluti! ons to issues related to workload or knowledge gaps.
·
Manage
multiple projects/tasks. Demonstrate time management and prioritization skills
to accommodate dynamic business requirements while managing scheduled projects
and activities.
·
Manage
team resource scheduling.Control
team resource scheduling for leave, travel, on-call and maintenance times.
·
Less
than 10% travel may be required with this position.
Bachelorâs degree in Computer
Science or related field Five plus years of experience supporting multiple
environments for enterprise applications. Five plus years of experience with Active Directory
and Exchange. Three to five years of experience with messaging
technologies in a large enterprise environment.
IronPort, IronMail, Airwatch, Messaging connectors, preferred. Three to five years of experience administering Microsoft
2003/2008 environments. Three to five y! ears of experience administering
SharePoint 2007/2010 environments. Three to five years of experience with a VMware
environment One to three years of experience
leading/managing a 24x7 systems support team
Strong time management, decision
making and organizational skills; ability to exercise independent judgment
and critical thinking with minimal supervision Effective communications skills,
including listening, written, spoken, presentation and influencing. Proven team management skills.
Track record of managing multiple
projects and conflicting priorities.
