We are currently seeking highly motivated and creative individuals to join our growing FindLaw Inside Sales team. In this role, you will proactively contact potential business clients, research their current marketing efforts and web use, and then recommend FindLaw solutions that will grow their business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and close new business through outbound calling
  • Develop leads through available resources and! independent research
  • Analyze client needs and understand their current business objectives. Recommend appropriate FindLaw solution based on client need.
  • Present and articulate complex product features, benefits and overall solutions
  • Provide a consultative sales experience, emphasizing FindLaw’s unique value
  • Consistently meet / exceed territory sales goals on a monthly basis
  • Work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Qualifications

Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge and skills
  • Minimum of 2 years successful sales quota attainment experience
  • College degree in business, sales, marketing or related field strongly preferred
  • Successful track record of new business development
  • Experience in a cold-calling environment required
  • Ability to develop leads independently
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organization and time management skills, coupled with the ability to embrace change
  • Experience with web directory services, web advertising or Internet marketing a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and highly skilled in business use of the Internet
