Description:
Assist AVP of FC Attorney Management team in the daily operations of the department. Ensure all team's complete daily events, client reports, workgroup management, staff coaching, and other management duties as assigned in order to meet department performance standards and objectives.

Responsibilities:
1. Ensure work being performed meets quality expectations and all proactive efforts are performed regularly as directed. 2. Identify ongoing training needs as well as implementing changes. 3. Support and develop team members for potential advancement opportunities. 4. Effectively manage risk within the department 5. Maintain or enhance the existing work environment. 6. Participate regularly on both firm and client calls. 7. Ensure departmental compliance with all internal and external policies and procedures as well as ensuring procedures are well written and updated timely. 8. Analyze department processes and functions and initiate changes necessary to improve the department's efficiency and accuracy. 9. Provide motivational guidance to promote department productivity. 10. Support other areas as needed. 11. Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:
Four-year college degree or equivalent combination of applicable experience and education. At least one year of leadership experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills Advanced problem solving skill set Must be able to react to pressing client needs and ensure client issues are thoroughly resolved Proven leadership ability in high-volume, fast-paced environment Work well in both an individual and a team environment; excellent inter-personal skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Strong functional knowledge of mortgage servicing preferred but not required Leadership experience preferably in the area of mortgage foreclosures
